WEMA NV aims to be a profitable, authoritative and internationally operating subcontracting company, which specializes in serial production and assembly of technical complex and qualitative high standard machined fine-technical metal components. For this she acts independently and wants to grow continuously as an acknowledged company of world class.
 

We continuously strive to optimize our production processes in order to, preventively and correctively, support protection of the environment. We do this by avoiding, minimizing or limiting both safe and unsafe waste. Beside the relevant legislation and the customer requirements we also aim to create a safe and healthy workspace for our employees and our community.

For this an environmental management system has been developed and is kept up-to-date as specified by the directives of ISO-14001 standard. Our environmental aspect & impact matrix is the basis for a system of continuous improvement of our products, processes and services.

Our commitment is to actively promote our environmental management system with a maximum of focus on improving the processes in our company.

To realize the commitment we implemented a system of periodical review to determine effective milestones that need to be met.
